To modify your reservation at no cost, please contact our Customer Service department.
1. Any changes to the reservation may affect rental charges
2. If a prepared reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the pickup time, a $500 cancellation fee will apply.
3. If the prepaid reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time, a $750 cancellation fee will apply.
4. If the reservation is for an amount equal to or less than $500, a 35% charge will be applied
5. If the customer does not cancel the reservation before the pickup time and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, the full prepaid amount will be forfeited.
6. The refund of the reservation will be made within a period of approximately 30 business days. The refund will be made to the same card with which you paid in advance
7. In case of returning the vehicle before the initially agreed date (early return), no refund will be made for the unused period.
